I got to see you play for the first time on Halloween Night at the House of Blues, and you were fantastic. I was the 50+ guy who said hello and asked about your CDs and you stopped by the outside bar and gave me your card. I've already told a bunch of folks how much my wife and I enjoyed your music. Hey Ruth! We met outside of the House Of Blues on July 18th! I was working for the headlining band that night and I watched your set before they went on and I loved every minute of it. Your voice and style of playing gave me a smile from ear to ear throughout the whole performance. Hi Ruth, this is Mellissa I went to "The festival of the Masters" today and well, I heard you singing and it caught my attention, so I decided to sit and watch you play and look around with the flow of the music. I was thinking to myself if I could request a song but I was too shy to go up and ask so I sat and listened and well ironically the very next song after thinking about the song I wanted you to play.. was that song. And it was "fast Car" by Tracy Chapman and I got sooo excited and started singing.
and that was the last song that you played cause you were going on a 15 min break and this was around 1pm today (11-09-07)
